We recently had our entire home measured for blinds and installed by Jerger Window Fashions. After receiving many quotes and reading many reviews, Jerger appeared to be the best quality for the right price. From the beginning, Chuck was eager to help us, looking up information about new types of Hunter Douglas blinds for us, making sure we were knowledgeable about everything we were paying for and making the right decisions. The blinds came in quickly, they were installed professionally, and he even replaced a blind immediately when he saw a slight tear. We have had an excellent experience with this company as they have been very professional and their follow-up has been fantastic.

Chuck was very responsive and did a great job starting from coming to our home to bring us samples all the way to installation. Price was not the cheapest quote we received but was competitive. Ended up going with Jerger given the excellent customer service.

We have worked with Jerger since moving into our first Chicago condo in 1996. We have lived in a second condo and now our single famly home. Jerger has always been our first call when we're in need of any type of window covering. Chuck Jerger is an all around great guy, very friendly, professional and we always feel like we're in good hands during the ordering process. He's even made suggestions to re-appropriate older window coverings to another part of our house, instead of trying to push an entirely new order! Jerger has earned our respect, building a long term working relationship, which good for customers like us, and good for their business. Highly recommended..!

We initially invited three vendors to provide us with quotes to replace all of the blinds in our home. Jerger was our favorite of the three. Their pricing was very competitive and we liked that they were located nearby in our neighborhood. Of the three vendors that we initially contacted, Jerger Window Fashions made recommendations that were the most in keeping with our initial goals of light filtering, privacy,and reducing heat loss in some rooms. They were also very responsive, helped us to take advantage of product rebates, and were very helpful with answering all of our questions. Installation was very fast (less than a few hours for 27 windows). We loved the end result so much that we are now working with them on another project.

Michael, Just a quick note to let you know how much I appreciated the professional job Glen and Jeremy did installing the blinds and curtains in my apartment last Friday morning. Polite, followed details to the Max, everything I asked of them they did. Thank you again – they did an excellent job.

My daughter who lives upstairs is in need of window treatment and I intend on recommending Jergers. When I mentioned this to Michael, he said to wait and let the work speak for itself. Well it certainly does.

Jerger Window Fashions installed an upholstered cornice over our kitchen window.

From the measurement to the installation Jerger's service was exceptional. Everyone I spoke to was extremely accommodating, pleasant, and professional. Even after I forgot to confirm my home delivery, they were able to re-shuffle the resources and install on the original date.

After initial consultation Jerger Window Fashions installed window treatments for our home - a newly constructed 4,200 sq. ft. single family home. We had no window treatments when we moved in so this was a massive project and we were 100% satisfied with their professionalism, customer service, installation and quality.

We received several bids on the project, and while Jerger was not the lowest bid, we ultimately decided to go with them because we really loved that Jerger is a family owned business. We got a really positive vibe from them and it helped that they were super responsive (the most responsive of all the companies that we contacted) with any questions that we had prior to hiring them for the job. Their  installers did an amazing job! We could not be happier with the product and the end result. Jerger Window Fashions is a very professional business to work with - a few of our shipments were late coming in due to snow storms and the owner called us immediately to let us know . . . and he felt bad about it even though we completely understood that it was not his fault. We would highly recommend Jerger Window Fashions to anyone looking for elegant, professional and beautiful window treatments. The family is great to work with!

Installed custom silk drapes in living room (six panels) and custom silk drapes and sheers on a traverse rod over sliding glass door.

This was a very easy process and I am thrilled with the result. Their Design Consultant came with fabric samples and was helpful in making choices, offering opinions, and talking through different options. The drapes came in probably about 3-4 weeks sooner than estimated, which was a very welcome surprise. Installation was quick and a pleasure - it went smoothly and they were friendly and professional. I love the end result - the drapes are gorgeous and a very high quality. Very happy with this choice and would definitely hire them again.

I hired Jerger to install the window treatments in my new home and couldn't be happier. It's a large single family home with LOTS of windows, so the price is quite reasonable. The design consultant who did the estimates and design component, was always incredibly responsive and is just a fun guy to be around. Their installers, who did the install, were really nice, easy to talk to, and did a fantastic job. they had to install a 22-foot drape in my living room and managed to do it without scaffolding or a single complaint. They weren't the lowest bid (nor were they the highest), but I have no doubt that no one could have done a better job. I will definitely hire them again for the few remaining windows in my home.
