Professional Installation Warranty

If professional installation services are purchased along with the product, we will come to your home and attempt to perform any service required under the “Standard Product Warranty” at no additional charge for up to 6 months from date of purchase by the original buyer.   

• Resolution of Warranty Issues: If it is determined that warranty service is required, it will be determined at the sole discretion of a Jerger Window Fashions representative whether the product can be repaired or should be replaced.
• Matching Products: In the event that there are multiple products in the same room, only the defective product will be repaired or replaced. Every effort will be made to match the original product. In the event this is not possible, we will match the product as closely as possible.
• Window Treatment Products:  Sold by Jerger Window Fashions are subject to the warranties of the specific manufacturer.

 *Not Covered:
- Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear.
- Abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the product.
- Exposure to the elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture) and discoloration or fading over time.
- Failure to follow instructions with respect to measurement, proper installation, cleaning or maintenance.
- Shipping charges and cost of removal and reinstallation.

• Transportation Costs: Jerger Window Fashions will offer free repairs for up to 6 months from date of purchase by original buyer for warranty products under guidelines of the specific manufacturer. After 6 months and in other cases, it is the responsibility of the customer to transport the product to Jerger Window Fashions for repair service. Costs associated with product removal, transportation to and from Jerger Window Fashions, labor, reinstallation and products not covered under warranty, will apply.
